Cliff House was built in 1980 into the cliff on the West side of Cayuga Lake and features spectacular views from all common areas and the master bedroom. The dining area features nearly a 180° view of the lake, with Taughannock State Park to the North, and Myers Point across the lake to the South.
On the upper floor are the living room, a half bath and the master bedroom suite. On the lower floor are the kitchen, two dining areas, two bedrooms and a full bath. Between the two main floors are a family room and the utility room. The house sleeps eight people: there is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
In the winter the house is heated on night rate using an electro-thermal storage system; in the summer three wall-mounted air conditioning units keep the house cool and dry.
A beach well supplies clean lake water which is softened and passes through an ultraviolet purifier.
